Aera Energy Relentless Improvement Team announces 2008 "Top Dog" GOLD award

The "Top Dog" award was established several years ago as a cooperative effort between Aera Energy and their support service partners to promote and recognize performance excellence throughout the development business.  The Top Dog award honors service partners and individuals for outstanding efforts in the areas of promoting excellence, innovation, process improvement and dedication to the relentless pursuit of improving productivity.

This award is a reflection of our commitment to continuous improvement and our commitment to meeting the challenge of continually increasing our level of customer service, improving productivity, enhancing safety and improving the quality of our work environment and work product.

Over the last year, our collective CI efforts have continued to promote productivity and customer service by developing solutions for our customers.

We are extremely proud of the accomplishments of the teams and individuals that actively support and participate in the RHC quest for "Relentless Continuous Improvement."
